Diamond dental design

I was commissioned by Diamond dental design to draw one of their client’s premises to be used on their corporate letterhead and other literature.

Nest Children’s clothing

Last week I had a lovely old time drawing one of my favourite things- birds, birds and more birds!

The lovely people at Dogleg Design company  are designing an identity for  new Children’s clothing boutique ‘Nest’ in the South West. They commissioned me to draw some different birds that could be used in around the logo and other roll outs.

Here are some the initial drawings I did for it
The initial logo design we came up with could be used within a roundel and applied to stickers etc

The designers thought the different types of birds could be used for the different departments of the shop eg. clothing, accessories…  I loved what they did with my ostrich drawing! This was how they saw it working on clothes tags and shopping bags. Very nice.

Tigerprint competition entry

So I entered my first Tigerprint competition a week or so ago for the female relationship card, here’s a working drawing from my design.

All I see is red! The Polar project…

So my lovely friends over at the Polar Project have asked me to design a print for their amazing online shop.

If you get a minute it’s well worth a peruse, there’s custom made mittens, scarves, christmas cards and much more, made by a wide range of creatives.

Here are some snippets of my sketches for the project.

The only brief is that everything has to be red and white, hence the abundance of red items.

Final design coming soon.

First sketch

To kick things off here’s a drawing I did a few days ago for a current project I’m working on.

Hello!

Hi there and welcome to my new blog.

Here I will be posting regular updates of my latest Illustration projects and things I like.

I’ve also vowed to post more ‘work in progress’ drawings and day to day doodles so expect to see many animal drawings with messy ink blotches where the jar of water has just been out of arms reach!
